IN THE EVENT OF A LOSS OR CLAIM

Safety is an important part of Aviation, and we hope you never have a loss.  However, some events are unexpected and inevitable.  If you experience a loss, contact your Insurance Agent or submit a claim through our Loss Notification Form.  Claims will be adjusted and administered by the recognized professional services of  McLarens.

CLAIMS TIPS

  • Contact Emergency Services, FAA, and NTSB if needed.
  • Take reasonable steps to correct potential safety risks and prevent further damages.
  • Keep accurate records of repairs and expenses.
  • Separate items that can be cleaned and/or repaired, and check with a claims representative before discarding any items.
  • Collect as much information as possible should a loss result from a third party’s conduct or actions or involve a third-party claimant.
  • Contact Your Insurance Agent and report your loss or claim at the earliest opportunity.

REPORTING A CLAIM

We understand that claims can be overwhelming.  Providing the following information to our team will alleviate the stress and confusion.

 

 

  • Policy Number
  • Date and description of the loss
  • Names and contact information for all parties involved (Insured, Claimant, Witnesses, Etc.)
  • Any documentation that could be useful to evaluate the claim.
